Cube Root was a subconsultant providing construction project manager and owner’s representative to the Baltimore City Public Schools’ for the groundbreaking replacement of Graceland Park/O’Donnell Heights Elementary + Middle School #240.

Nestled on 8.7 acres, this visionary project represents a pinnacle of sustainability, boasting LEED Platinum Certification and adherence to Maryland’s Net Zero Energy standards. At the heart of this transformation is Cube Root’s dedicated, full-time, on-site Construction Manager who oversaw the construction of the new 94,000 SF school. This endeavor is marked by its ambitious scope, including the subsequent demolition of the existing 75,000 SF school, followed by comprehensive new site development.
