Our Mission

Cube Root Corporation is a full-service management consulting company that provides construction management and engineering consulting services to both private and public sector clients. Most importantly, Cube Root provides support to its clients to help build sustainable communities and develop policies and standards to enhance community wellbeing. Cube Root believes that community development is directly related to the governing policies surrounding the development idea. We provide professional advice to policy makers, developers, fellow engineers, and other disciplines in infrastructure planning and design. We do so by using sound engineering judgment, principles of science and engineering, while adhering to the highest level of ethical responsibility, to improve the health, sustainability, and quality of life for all citizens.

Strong communicator, able to collaborate with internal/external clients, subcontractors, executive management, city/state/federal entities. Skilled in transportation studies, office and field work. Detail and deadline oriented, with equal ability to work autonomously or as a supportive team player. Seasoned in construction management, project controls, multi-modal transportation planning, highway design, pavement design and transportation asset management. Passionate in leveraging technical knowledge and management skills to exceed expectations.

With an impressive 24-year tenure in the A/E/C industry, Daniel stands as a cornerstone of our leadership team. Since 2021, he has been a leader at Cube Root, where he masterfully oversees all internal operations, including business development, marketing, human resources, information technology, and office operations. His reach extends to various facets of the company, seamlessly coordinating with accounting, finance, project delivery, and the Office of the CEO.

Dan is an exceptional executive and manager, boasting a wealth of knowledge within the A/E/C industry. He is the guiding force ensuring Cube Root's continued excellence and growth.

Alicia D’Aguiar has 20 years of experience working in various service lines and at various entities across the Financial Services industry. She provided audit, accounting, risk management, management consulting and other professional services to a variety of clients including federal, state and local government agencies, government-sponsored entities (GSEs), nonprofit organizations, colleges and universities, and corporate entities. Alicia is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has served as PMO on several large projects. She is the Chief Financial Officer at Cube Root and is responsible for the accounting operations of the company which includes producing and analyzing financial reports, maintaining accounting records, reporting the company's financial results, and ensuring reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.

Vice President, Institutional and Buildings

Aaron Turpin has 30 years of experience as a project engineer, estimator, superintendent, project manager, and principal/project executive. His work on vertical construction projects includes healthcare, laboratory/research, office, and correctional facilities for federal agencies. Aaron has extensive experience managing contracts, budgets, overall project performance, and leading estimating and bidding of work. His experience also includes overseeing construction teams and construction activities, verifying project milestones are achieved, managing project costs and schedules, and supervising A/E consultants' and construction contractors’ performance to confirm adherence to contract requirements. In his role at Cube Root, Aaron leads the firm’s major projects, communicates with owners and agencies, coordinates staff schedules, and is actively involved in business development.
